Personalization Process:

When do I provide the personalization instructions for my item?  Once you have selected and purchased an item that has personalization available, you can send an email to scbradco@sc.rr.com or if paying via PayPal, you can enter your personalization in the comment field.  If paying via money order, cashier's check, or personal check please attach a printout of the auction and include personalization with your payment to help expedite the process.

Can I have a full name printed on my item that says it can be monogrammed only?  If an item is advertised as Monogram only, then there is not enough space for additional lettering

How do I count the total number of characters for my personalization?  We can engrave standard U.S. characters sets at this time.  We cannot engrave graphics such as hearts.  When calculating the total number of characters, please don't forget that spaces count as a character and towards the total character count.

Can I have additional engraving done on my item outside of what is listed in your item description?  Your engraving will be done as shown in the item picture.  This includes fonts.  We cannot engrave additional characters on other parts of your item.  Additionally, the engraving is done by machines and we do not do any "free style" engraving.

Shipping information:

How long does it take for shipping to my area?  Our products are engraved and shipped directly from our distributors.  Currently we work with two distributors, one in Minnesota and one in Indiana.  Shipping times are based on shipping from these locations to your zip code.  The below map is a rough estimation on shipping times based on these locations.  Times can vary by a day or two depending on conditions and holidays.

Do you offer other shipping options besides standard ground?  We process most orders within 2-3 business days. Due to the nature of our business we cannot ship same day. We do offer second day air shipping for an additional $20 fee.

I plan on buying several items from your store, will you combine shipping?  We always try to combine shipping where we can.  Currently we get our products from two different engravers in order to provide an assortment of items to choose from.  Our items ship directly from our engravers and because of this, we may not be able to combine shipping.  Please email us before placing your order for multiple items with your zip code for an accurate shipping quote.

How do you ship your products?  The majority of our items ship via UPS ground.  We do offer second day air for a $20 charge.  Some of our items are shipped via the postal service when that option makes the most sense.

Will you send me a tracking number?  We will send you tracking information if you request it.

You do not offer insurance for your items, can I have insurance added to the shipping charge?  We do not offer shipping insurance, but if for any reason that your item was damaged during shipment, contact us immediately and we will get a replacement out to you immediately.  Please do not wait before contacting us on this matter.  Inspect the items immediately for damage and engraving accuracy.

My item was delivered today, but appears to have been damaged in shipment.  Is there anything that can be done?  Yes, contact us immediately and we will ship a replacement out to you.

I live in the Charleston SC area, can I come by and pick my item up?  BradCo Engravables is an eBay business only.  Our items ship directly from our engravers in the Midwest and therefore shipping charges will apply regardless.  Maybe some day in the future we will have a store front.

Would you reconsider shipping to Canada?  Currently we don't ship outside of the US because of high shipping charges levied on us by the couriers.  We have sent numerous Canadian residents shipping quotes at their request from our engravers which apparently have been insulting and therefore we do not currently offer shipping outside the US.

I live in Canada, but have a U.S. shipping address, would you ship to my alternate address?  Yes, if you provide a shipping address that is within the US, we will ship to that address provided that your feedback score has a rating of 10 positives or better.

My wedding is coming up and I would like to have my item shipped to an alternate address that is not my PayPal confirmed address, will you ship to this location?  Yes, if you provide a shipping address that is within the US, we will ship to that address provided that your feedback score has a rating of 10 positives or better.

Payment information:

What forms of Payment do you accept?   We prefer PayPal for payment, however we do accept money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks.  Personal checks take between 7-10 days to clear.

Multiple Items:

Your auction is for only one item, but I need multiple items, can you accommodate this request?  BradCo Engravables is an eBay store and we generally use eBay's auction format has a tool to help get our products out for people to see.  The hope is to get you into our store to check out our wonderful selection of personalized items and wedding gifts.  If you see an item in auction format, you can find that item in our store generally with the quantity you are looking for.

Do you offer a "Buy it now" for your auction item?  No, our auction items are used more as an advertising means than anything else.  However, all items that we have listed in auction format are available in our store.  Just following the link from the auction to our store or click the BradCo Engravables logo to go to our store homepage.  Please don't hesitate to ask if you cannot find the item you are looking for in the store.

How can an item be out of stock when you have it listed on eBay?  Unfortunately this is the nature of the our business.  It doesn't happen often, but has happened in the past.  We get our items from our distributors who don't always contact us when an item becomes temporarily out of stock.  If this should happen after you have bought an item through BradCo Engravables, we will notify you via email that the item you purchased is out of stock and when the expected restocking date is.  You can choose to move forward with your order meaning as soon as the item comes in it will be processed and shipped out.  If you have already paid and decide that you do not want to follow through with the transaction, we will issue you a full refund.  If you have not paid and do not wish to continue with the transaction there is nothing else for you to do except notify us of your wishes not to complete the transaction.

How can an item be discontinued when you have it listed on eBay?  Unfortunately this is the nature of the our business.  It doesn't happen often, but has happened in the past.  We get our items from our distributors who don't always contact us when an item has been discontinued.   If this should happen after you have bought an item through BradCo Engravables, we will notify you via email that the item you purchased has been discontinued and see if there is another item that may make a suitable replacement.  If there is, we will proceed with your replacement items order.  If you do not and have already paid and decide that you do not want to follow through with the transaction, we will issue you a full refund.  If you have not paid and do not wish to continue with the transaction there is nothing else for you to do except notify us of your wishes not to complete the transaction.
